We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Azure App Services to join Microsoft and help us provide the best technical support to our customers.This position will require the successful candidate to work closely with our customers to identify and resolve their technical issues, in addition to troubleshooting and debugging complex problems.To excel… in this position, you will need to have strong knowledge of Azure App Services, as well as a customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills. An ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop solutions to complex problems will also be necessary.We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
