The Systems, Inventory & Product (SIP) team is radically transforming the retail inventory experience of the future, from a smart store experience to a dynamic, digital product flow enabled by supply chain. We are on a journey to create an inventory experience that just works. Our mission is to deliver a suite of solutions across technology, analytics and product flow to enable a frictionless inventory experience.
As a strategy analyst, you will?
? Foster a culture of benchmarking and inspiration from internal and external sources
? Harness emerging technology to innovate, incubate, and scale in our stores and supply chain
? Assess the financial and operational impact of systems and initiatives using problem-solving and alternative analysis methodologies
? Build business cases to focus on capability analysis, functional levers, and opportunity identification & prioritization to support quick decision-making, tell the value delivery story, and make the greatest impact
? Create impactful visual representations of analytic insights
We?d love to hear from people with:
? Data analysis and modeling – 2 years
? Strategic planning and management consulting – 2 years
? Critical thinking and problem solving
? Data visualization tools; e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
? Financial and statistical understanding
? Inventory management
? Oracle BI applications
? Basic SQL – preferred
? Data cleansing and transformation tools; e.g., Alteryx – preferred
? QSR, casual dining, and/or fast-casual restaurant inventory flow – preferred
? Root Cause Analysis – preferred
? Systems design & architecture – preferred
