Job Description
Territory Management Requirements:
Basic computer skills
? Analytics skill using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc. to match SF records to other data sources (e.g., vlookup) to identify records for target treatment
? Microsoft Excel-specifics
o Pivot tables
o Macros
o VLOOKUP
o Data visualization
o Building formulas
o Charts
Salesforce
? Salesforce.com administration knowledge
? Proficient with Salesforce reporting and dashboards –
o running reports to a… consistent investigative process
o triaging data against manager asks
o Finding answers through data
Quality Assurance
? Internal file management (shared file collaboration)
? Profound attention to detail
? Support team audit process (excel + Salesforce)
Communication Skills
? Comfortable interacting with Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors
? Can facilitate conference calls / presentation
? Powerpoint
It also might be an added bonus to have individuals experienced with Anaplan
Additional Job Description
This is essentially a SF Admin role to support the S&M Business
Managing – territory management. Example: Account Executive gets promoted, existing accounts need to be moved to a new rep. AE goes out on PTO, LOA, Quits, etc. Accounts need to be moved around to be supported.
Leads, Opportunities and contract movement and changes.
New accounts added – need to be mindful of existing relationships, parent companies, etc. Avoid duplication and maintain data hygiene.
