We… are seeking a experienced Senior Product Manager, who will be working on a brand new product offering in DNS space.This role offers opportunity to take the product idea from inception to general availability.

Responsibilities
? You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for a new product area. You?ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
? You will help define a feature set for a new product and facilitate usability reviews with customers. You?ll own the roadmap for the product area and will collaborate with multiple partner teams to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
? You will work with Product Marketing and customer support teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You?ll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.
? You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You?ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
? 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer facing role.
? Proficient in computer networking concepts.
Other Qualifcations
? Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional / Preferred Qualifcations
? Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
? OR equivalent experience.
? Understanding of DNS Registry and/or DNS Registrar business areas.
? Prior experience in cloud service space.
Product Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 – $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 – $238,600 per year.
