Responsibilities:
– Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
– Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
– Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
– 1 year of experience in customer service
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Motivated and dedicated attitude
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong time management skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
