About the role
Remote Call Center Agents leverage their expertise in company products, services, and policies to address inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by callers. Through effective communication skills, they engage with customers, attentively listen to their concerns, and strive to comprehend their requirements thoroughly. Subsequently, agents provide tailored solutions and assistance remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues by deescalating calls.
? Provide an elevated level of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality.
? Collecting payments when needed
? Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software.
? Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught.
? Maintain call quality and compliance.
? Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies, and procedures.
? Save customers from cancelling LegalShield memberships.
Location & commitments
? $12.00 – $14.00/hour
? Leadership program offering title advancement and bonuses upon graduation.
? A pay increase plan, contingent on attendance, available at both the 6-month and 1-year milestones.

Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? 100% attendance during training
? Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
? Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
? Adaptability and accountability
? Windows 10/11 laptop computer
? Wired Headset, Webcam, Ethernet Cord
? Quiet, Reliable area to work.
? Ability to pass background check.
? Located in Arizona or Texas only.
