What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Make outbound and receive inbound calls
– Thoroughly examine loan applications through multiple software systems
– Evaluate applicant eligibility for loans
– Create and renew records
– Identify customer needs and explore available options
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Excellent Customer Service skills
– Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
– Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
– Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
