Position Summary:
DroneUp is seeking a Product Manager within the Delivery innovation league that will own one of our product lines and be responsible for working closely with a cross functional team of stakeholders, end-users, engineers, UX designers and other product leaders to understand the problems to solve, inform the product vision and define requirements. The Product Manager will gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and identify and fill product gaps by generating solutions that improve the experience and help increase market share for DroneUp.
Responsibilities:
? Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate
new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
? Defines goals for each sprint and release, and effectively communicate progress.
? Works closely with leadership to develop and maintain stakeholder requirements.
? Translates product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
? Creates, maintains, prioritizes and sequences the product backlog based on business value for
each sprint
? Supports development team clarifications, and end user support requests
? Aligns internal and external stakeholders on product vision, roadmap and critical product
development milestones and provides communication to wider business areas as needed
? Monitors sprints and evaluates results
? Other duties as assigned
? Travel up to 25% domestic and/or international.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
? At least 3 years of experience in a hardware product manager role or similar role within a product
management team
? Experience working in Agile environments
? Proven track record of working with remote teams and vendors
? Strong passion for exploring and understanding customer needs
? Understanding of product lifecycle structure
? Experience working with Drone infrastructure a plus.
? Part 107 certification and in-depth knowledge of the Drone industry a plus
? Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Salary
Just like drones themselves, your earning potential can soar to new heights, but it largely depends on your qualifications and expertise. If you are recognized as an industry expert, your earning potential can take true flight. The target salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Your unique qualifications and contributions to the field will play a significant role in determining your precise compensation. The total rewards for this position may also include; potential for annual bonuses, benefits package, paid time off, and more.
