Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Assist clients with online application submissions.
• Liaise with the back office to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Participate in weekly virtual team calls.
• Clearly explain policy coverage to clients upon approval.
• Maintain exceptional interpersonal skills throughout all client interactions.
