CASE High School Student Exchange Program is presently looking for an ambitious community-spirited individual to be that all-important ?go to? person for high school age exchange students due to arrive in August for the 2024/25 academic year. Although this is a WFH role, as a trained Representative, you?ll receive on-going support from your CASE Regional Manager and national staff as you take on a variety of professional and supportive engagement roles in your local schools and community!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
CASE non-profit, State Department designated program, enables students from over 25 different countries, ages 15 to 18 years old, to experience the American way of life by living with an American host family and attending a local high school, either for a full year or one semester. Students are carefully screened and selected by our international partners to be sure they possess academic achievement, exemplary character, adaptability, and a good command of the English language. Host families provide students with room and board as well as a loving 10 month addition to their home.
REP DUTIES
? Recruit and select volunteer host families for incomeng August exchange students
? Coordinate with schools and host families to ensure a smooth transition for the student
? Provide ongoing support services and guidance to both host family and exchange student throughout the school year
? Organize cultural activities and events to enhance the exchange experience
? Educate hosts, schools, community members about the benefits of cultural exchange
? Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student placements and program activities
? Monitor well-being and progress of exchange students, addressing any issues and or concerns that may arise
? Conduct orientations and training sessions for host families and international students
REQUIREMENTS
? Experience working with students, preferably in an educational or international setting
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment
? Proficiency in social media promotions and database management systems, a plus!
? Experience in recruiting, educating, or managing volunteers, an asset
? Knowledge of foreign languages an plus, but not required.

COMPENSATION
$1,000 – $1,400 per student you place. Qualify for bonuses as well as free annual domestic and international travel incentives.
