Your Mission
As Head of People Experience, you and your team will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving employee growth and engagement. You will lead strategic initiatives in areas such as culture & values, employee engagement, leadership & talent development, learning & development, succession planning, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and more!
Collaborating closely with senior business leaders and HR colleagues around the world, you will design and deliver key initiatives that drive true business value. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact influencing and advancing the culture and talent agenda at Sinch!
You will report to the CHRO and be part of the global HR Leadership Team. This role is based at our Sinch HQ in Stockholm or in the US, with a requirement for US based candidates to reside in the Central or Eastern time zones.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop, implement, and anchor the strategic direction for People Experience
? Provide strategic leadership and expertise in all areas of People Experience
? Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure delivery of overall Sinch HR directives and priorities
? Create and implement new global programs and initiatives, while executing and building on existing ones, such as the engagement survey and leadership programs
? Champion and drive the Sinch organizational culture, promoting collaboration, performance and accountability
? Stay informed on the latest industry best practices related to People Experience
? Lead a small team of global HR professionals
Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in the role you must be passionate about employee engagement, talent development and organizational culture, with strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
? 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including senior experience in topics within the People Experience field
? Experience from working in a global company, delivering HR solutions in an international environment
? Experienced leader, having led people in different parts of the world
? Proven experience from translating business needs into a cohesive people strategy
? A future-oriented approach and ability to innovate solutions to complex challenges, combined with a hands-on, action oriented mindset
? Strong influential and motivational skills, capable of inspiring others to action
? Excellent project management skills
? Bachelor’s or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or other related field

The annual starting salary for this position is between $161,380 – $211,810. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
