Profile Description
? Manage functionality of reinsurance administration systems/applications
? Maintain current knowledge and expertise of tools/systems that interact with reinsurance administration system
? Ensure timely and accurate completion of system changes/modifications
? Maintain professional relationship with reinsurers and system vendor
? Ensure adequate and effective controls exist and are consistently executed
? Provide financial analysis and reporting to management on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Knowledge & Experience
? Bachelor?s degree with 8+ years? industry experience
? Specific experience in reinsurance administration
? Strong knowledge of TAI
? Supervisory experience a plus
? Strong time-management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
? Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
Location: West Chester, PA preferred , Open to Atlanta, GA, Minnepolis, MN or NYC as well. Also for the right candidate remote in EST or CST time zones with willingness to travel.

? West Chester, PA: $153,000 – $186,000
? Atlanta, GA and Minneapolis, MN: $146,000 – $179,000
? NYC: $157,000 – $192,000
