Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
– Input data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online portals, into our system accurately and efficiently.
– Verify and analyze data for any errors or inconsistencies, making necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy.
– Review data inputs for relevancy and completeness, requesting additional information if needed.
– Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data by following established protocols and procedures.
– Create and update records, documents, and databases as required.
– Generate reports and statistics based on the entered data.
– Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry purposes.
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing and retrieval systems.
– Respond promptly and professionally to data entry inquiries and requests for information.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
– Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and databases.
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data input.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
– Availability to work during regular business hours as needed.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
