As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will support clients from diverse industries, handling tasks related to Executive Assistance, Administrative support, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media management, Strategy, and more. This is a remote role with flexible hours, offering between 20-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Take on executive assistant tasks, including marketing systems management, website updates, and content creation.
• Oversee customer experience and ensure high-quality service.
• Create and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
• Accurately track and report time spent on various tasks.
• Attend regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings when needed.

• Customer Service Savvy: Extensive experience in customer service and excels at creating positive client experiences.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using platforms like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, and various project management tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for details and excellent at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and grammatical skills are a must.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance/project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management software.
• Home office setup with a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
