Key Responsibilities
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to boost client retention and drive business growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews, evaluate performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Create well-organized, accurate, and concise documentation for organizational use.
• Provide ongoing training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of account management experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in running and interpreting various reports to provide strategic solutions.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
• High energy with strong initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Capable of handling stressful situations effectively.
• Knowledgeable in HIPAA standards for protecting and disclosing patients’ PHI and e-PHI.
• Strong analytical skills applicable in a medical billing environment.
