• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to solve problems with a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of CRM software a plus.
