Position Summary
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Real Estate Due Diligence Outside Consultant with EBI Consulting! We are looking for Outside Consultants to hire on a per contract basis to perform the following:
– ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessments, and/or
– ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments
These Due Diligence services will be completed on properties located nationwide. The properties could include vacant parcels, industrial buildings, multi-family and/or commercial buildings. Interested parties should have at least three years’ experience performing ASTM E2018 PCAs and/or ASTM E1527 ESAs.
EBI offers competitive and timely payment to our Outside Consultants. We also have the support of dedicated in-house professionals to assure each project is easily assigned and completed.
