This is a 3-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week remote role in the US.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support, and pre-and post-event evaluations.
• Procures and coordinates vendor services.
• Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment, and catering requirements.
• Provide on-site event support. May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a B2B or high-tech industry setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, attendees, and team members.
• Proficient in coordinating logistics, including registration, materials, and vendor services.
• Experience with facility and equipment setup, as well as catering coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation: $30/hr. – $40/hr
