What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Produce all-source intelligence analytic products on non-state actors such as terrorist and insurgency groups
– Provide analytic support to counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations, including 24/7 warning activities
– Support tracking, identifying, and managing identity information on known or suspected terrorists
– Produce timely and concise analytic reports and assessments using Microsoft Office tools
– Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members to drive information sharing and address analytic disputes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph
– Minimum of 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with at least some experience within the last 2 years
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
– Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience with structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches to enhance analytic arguments
– Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and limitations
– Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching complex issues
– Experience in developing concise and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve contradictions in information
