Humana is seeking a Business Support Coordinator who will support the certification process for Adult Family Homes (AFH) for WisconsinÂ’s Long Term Care program (Inclusa). The Business Support Coordinator follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit… department, or other organization group. The Business Support Coordinator performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks.

The Business Support Coordinator
• gathers, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
• Provides data entry of provider contacts and documentation into business systems.
• Coordinates activities related to annual AFH certifications.
• Codes and sorts documents so they can be accurately processed or filed.
• Makes standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
• Responds to, or redirects, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes to ensure callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately.
• Performs other routine administrative activities according to the organization’s established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones, taking messages, photocopying, filing, and operating office equipment.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support with data entry experience.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working in long term care programs (family care, family care partnership, IRIS, PACE).
• Ability to type 50-55 words per minute
• Prior experience in customer service, specifically speaking directly with customers.

Additional Information
• Workstyle: Home. Home workstyle is defined as remote but will use Humana office space on an as needed basis for collaboration and other face-to-face needs.
• Location: must reside in the state of Wisconsin.
• Typical work days/hours: Monday – Friday, 8-4:30 pm CST

Work at Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employeesÂ’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$31,900 – $43,900 per year
