The ideal candidate would have experience with data acquisition solutions in aerospace, defense, automotive, and test stand integrator accounts. In this role, we seek outstanding technical and organizational skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. This position will require extensive travel to support the territory. This opportunity is for a goal-driven engineer who has a demonstrated history of successfully supporting technical sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Regional Sales Managers by conducting detailed product demonstrations, both online and in-person.
• Provide support at trade shows across the region as needed.
• Install evaluation systems at customer sites and deliver quick startup training sessions.
• Perform detailed demonstrations of Power Analyzers, ensuring comprehensive service.
• Communicate with our European headquarters regarding product developments and releases.
• Participate in weekly meetings with application engineers at our headquarters.
• Keep the US team updated on new technical information and developments.
• Focus heavily on presales activities to generate interest and secure sales.
• Share responsibilities for onsite training with other team members.
• Participate in marketing activities, including conducting webinars with our ISE/support team.
• Write and coordinate technical white papers.
• Manage the entire demo and evaluation process,
• Expect to travel for at least two weeks per month to various locations within Western US.

Requirements
• Experience with data acquisition or other test/measurement products is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude in power analysis, particularly with electric motors and multi-phase inverters.
• Successful history of collaborating with third-party manufacturer’s representatives.
• Proven track record of supporting new business and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to develop technical support strategies and use performance KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude for problem-solving.
• Preferred ME or EE degree or other technical degree in an engineering or physical science discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3 – 5 years with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding technical support goals.
