Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of Apple TVÂ’s hardware and software, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to enhancing the user experience.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and optimize the performance of Apple TV remote controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of remote functionalities.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the remote control features.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Apple TV technology and incorporate these into our products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Apple TV remote controls or similar technologies.
