Job Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple AirBnb listings…
-Collect and analyze data related to occupancy, pricing, expenses
-Coordinate with a team of housekeeping staff.
-Update calendar and pricing: Keep a listings availability up-to-date and manage the listings price settings, including seasonal pricing and weekly discounts. Editing content in the listing as directed and in response to guest feedback
-Handle reservations
-Communicate with guests: answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate arrival and departure on behalf of the listing owner
-Communicate with guests directly on the phone to resolve issues when necessary
-Communicate with maintenance personnel based on feedback from guests and cleaners
-Maintain spreadsheets related to repairs and projects at properties
-Coordinate getting the space guest-ready: Help make sure the home is set up to welcome guests
-Help guests during their stay: If guests have an issue during their stay, communicate with them and to resolve the issue. For example, a guest is locked out or the Internet is down.
-Cleaning and Maintenance: Task staff for scheduled cleaning and maintenance.
-Create SOPs, Manuals, and Documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Tourism or Hospitality Management
Ability to make decisions independently based on team’s goals, and situation.
Must be a strategical and critical thinker
Must be hard-working
Must be attentive, and loves interacting with people thru chat
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must take initiative and follow through
Must be kind and open to feedback
Must have hotel work experience (onsite-based and had experience interacting with guest in person) or experience as an Airbnb host
Must be a multi-tasker
No VA experience required
Technical Requirements:
– Laptop / desktop 8gb Ram i5 up or as equivalent
– Smart phone that can work with Lock app, Airbnb app, and communication app
– Internet subscription of 200mbps up
– Mobile data as back up internet
