JOB SUMMARY:
The Delivery Coordinator has a primary responsibility for procuring and inventorying all required loose equipment for each model aircraft. They also will provide a customer briefing of all the assigned equipment with the aircraft. The role is highly cross-functional with the ability to leverage relationships within the operations, product support, tech pubs and quality assurance… teamÂ’s in-order to meet customerÂ’s needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates and manages procurement of aircraft documents, subscriptions, loose equipment, vendor briefings and departure. May also support exterior paint reviews, acceptance flights, interior cabin reviews, customer de-briefs, ACC de-briefs as required.
• Coordinates with internal departments such as Quality, Airworthiness and Certification to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.
• Coordinate customer delivery presentation including but not limited to; aircraft placement, signage, carpet, Photographer, special events, static displays and special requests.
• Demonstrates and inventories loose equipment with customer.
• Assists customers with aircraft departure including: loading of equipment, CSP&P spares, catering, aircraft stores, electronic equipment, software updates, luggage and special requests. Track backorders, shortages and shipments to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Maintains delivery hangars, customer delivery areas, equipment rooms, presentation equipment and safety items.
• Coordinates with internal departments as a team member to identify root cause and corrective actions to improve product quality or enhancements to customer delivery process.
• Ensures complete customer satisfaction throughout process, individual must be customer oriented and have a professional demeanor.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and team-centric environment
• Ability to influence and lead many concurrent processes
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, Project Manager
• Basic knowledge of business and managerial principles
